8. Compliance with Laws

12.2. Ensure product quality meets general Pakistani market standards.

12.3. Ship within agreed timeframes with safe, high-quality packaging.

12.4. Not list haram products including pork, alcohol, beer, wine, and related items.

12.5. Handle customer service communications professionally.

12.6. Follow Adscarry Community Guidelines in all advertising.

12.7. Manage refunds/returns directly with buyers. Adscarry is not responsible.

12.8. Allow Adscarry to edit or remove listings that violate guidelines, with notice.

12.9. Verify Pakistani nationality with CNIC where required and follow the Seller Code of Conduct.

12.10. Comply with Consumer Protection Act 2018 and Data Protection Law 2023. Do not misuse buyer data.

12.11. Ensure applicable taxes are paid by you or the buyer per Pakistani jurisdiction.

13. Platform Availability

We aim for uninterrupted, error-free service but do not guarantee it. Access may be suspended for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades, with or without notice. We will minimize downtime.
